Steps to register as an Amazon seller

To complete the registration you need to learn more about the pricing - Credit card
Choose a form of payment for debits (bank account or credit card). Make sure you enter a valid, unexpired credit card. Currently, we accept international credit cards. - The second phone number
Please enter a valid telephone number indicating the country code. - Company Data
Please note that this is where you choose the correct option to prevent you from having to create a new account. As a commercial trading company, please select this option. If you are not selling commercially, please select "Single Supplier". Company information: Please indicate the registered company name of your company including the date of registration, according to the commercial register extract or trade license. Address: This is your registered company address, ie the address stated in your commercial register or trade license. In some cases, you may be asked to provide a utility company bill (eg gas, electricity, water, telephone, internet, mobile phone) that is no more than 90 days old or a blackened bank statement to prove that address. If you register as a private individual, this is the address of your residence. - Information about the primary contact person
The Primary Contact Person is the Account Owner or the person who has access to the "Sell to Amazon" Payment Account who provides registration information on behalf of the Account Owner (the Registered Seller) and initiates transactions such as withdrawals and reimbursements. Actions performed by this contact person are considered to have been carried out by the account holder. For the Primary Contact, you must provide the following: Identity Details: You can use a valid (non-expired) passport or identity card. Please enter this information exactly as it appears on your passport / identity card. Residence: Enter the address of your current residence (this may not necessarily be the address indicated in your passport). In some cases, you will be asked to provide a utility company bill (eg, gas, electricity, water, telephone, internet, mobile phone) that is no more than 90 days old or a blackened bank statement to prove the primary contact's address. - Information on beneficial owner (if applicable)
If you have a registered company, in some cases you may be asked to provide beneficial owner information. Economically Owners are natural persons who own or control the Company through direct or indirect ownership of 20-25% or more of the Shares or voting rights or any other natural person who otherwise exercises control over the business of the Company.
For beneficial owners, you must provide the following:

You must provide the details of your bank details in order to proceed with the registration. This account will be used to pay the proceeds of your transactions. You must be the holder of the specified account or have the appropriate account authority and access to the account statements for this account. - List your products
You can easily enter your product data - either manually or with the help of our professional tools - on all European marketplaces (amazon.de, amazon.co.uk, amazon.fr, amazon.it, amazon.es). If you list your products on Amazon, you can choose as the shipping method that Amazon handles for storage, shipping, and customer service. Amazon makes it easier for customers to buy their products. With features like 1-Click and a marketplace trusted by millions, we help customers shop quickly, easily and worry-free. - Send the products to the customers
Amazon notifies you of all customer orders received. You pack the item and send it to the customer, unless you use our offer shipping through Amazon . - The payment will be forwarded to you
Amazon Payments Europe will periodically transfer the funds to your bank account and notify you of the transactions.

Referral Fees
Sellers pay a referral fee on each item sold. For all products, Amazon deducts the applicable referral fee percentage calculated on the total sales price. The total sales price is the total amount paid by the buyer, including the item price and any delivery or gift wrapping charges. Referral fees vary by category, as listed below.

Closing Fee
Sellers also pay a closing fee per media item that is sold. This is €1.01 for Books, €0.81 for Music, €0.81 for DVD and Video and €0.81 for Video Games (Games, Accessories and Consoles) and Software.
Refund administration fee
If you refund a customer for an order for which you have already received payment, Amazon will refund you the amount of the referral fee you paid for the item(s), minus the applicable Refund Administration Fee, which is the lesser of €5.00 or 20% of the applicable referral fee.
For example, if you refund a customer the €10.00 total sales price of an item in a category with a 15% referral fee, your Refund Administration Fee will be €0.30 (€10.00 x 15% referral fee = €1.50).

Shipping
For Amazon you can create one or more shipping templates per country. You can assign one shipping template to every product. Such a shipping template contains information about the shipping costs calculation for national an international shipments. The price can vary per number of items or per weight etc.
In the EasyAds mappingtool we can map a shipping template for every country and assign different templates using rules based on price or weight etc. There is no way to retrieve a list of available shippint templates from Amazon so the entered value must match the name used in Amazon exactly including capitals etc.
