Prestashop

Aangezien de installatie voor alle portals gelijk is wordt EasyAds gebruikt i.p.v. de specifieke portal namen. Deze app is beschikbaar voor EasyAds, Marktfeed en Bolfeed

Prestashop webshop koppelen​

  1. Ga in je 'EasyAds' account naar Imports en klik bij PrestaShop op 'Koppelen'
  2. In de pop-up die opent klik je op 'Download plugin'
  3. Ga in je PrestaShop backend naar 'Modules and Services'
  4. Kies rechtsbovenin voor 'Add New Module'
  5. Upload de plugin die je zojuist in 'EasyAds' hebt gedownload
  6. De module wordt automatisch geïnstalleerd. Klik nu op 'Configure'.
  7. Klik op 'Verbinding verbroken. Klik hier om verbinding te maken.' De website wordt nu geladen.
  8. Klik op 'Koppelen en nieuw account registreren' wanneer je nog geen account bij EasyAds hebt, 'Inloggen met bestaand EasyAds account' als je wel een account hebt en klik op 'Koppelen'.
  9. De shop wordt nu gekoppeld aan het nieuwe of bestaande account. Wij gaan aan de slag met de instellingen en nemen contact met je op.

Strange PHP errors​

Make sure the used PrestaShop version and PHP version are compatible. See: https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/#php-compatibility-chart

Version <= 1.7.6​

When a customer has not setup their email correctly on their Prestashop server webhook calls for Track & Trace updates don't work. This means that the Track & Trace code that is entered for an order will not come through to EasyAds. Either update the Prestashop version or fix the email settings on the server.
